Membership Engagement Manager

OverviewPosition Title: Member Engagement ManagerReports To: Director of MembershipSalary Range: 50,000 to 65,000 (base salary) based on experience, plus incentives (5,000 to 15,000)Company: Associated Builders and Contractors Greater Baltimore — a prominent membership organization representing over 600 commercial builders in the Greater Baltimore Metropolitan area. Our mission is to provide valuable services to our members, including craft and management training, safety training, insurance, and networking opportunities.Measurable Outcomes from the MEM role include increasing member participation and retention, growing engagement with various member segments, and supporting data-driven understanding of member needs and participation.Responsibilities and DutiesBuild a network within the organization where the MEM becomes the members’ primary go-to person, with a measurable positive impact on at least 75 members per year.Respond to member questions and requests; attend events, greet members and prospects, and know who will be in attendance.Serve as the primary liaison with the Ambassador Committee, arranging introductions for ABC involvement and onboarding meetings.Articulate our member value proposition clearly to new and uninvolved members.Understand why members participate – and don’t participate – at both granular and macro levels.What You BringExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; you enjoy meeting new people and making them feel welcome.Experience in member relations, client success, nonprofit development, sales, or a similar people-facing role.Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.Confidence in public speaking and relationship-building in one-on-one and group fort navigating CRMs and using data to inform outreach and engagement.Knowledge of (or interest in) the commercial construction industry is a plus!DetailsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMHybrid office schedule with required networking eventsExcellent work atmosphere with an amazing teamRole DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Business Development and SalesIndustries: ConstructionContactContact: Ambre Schaffer to applyLocation note: Get notified about new Engagement Manager jobs in Washington DC-Baltimore Area. #J-18808-Ljbffr
