Equally, the leader focuses on continuous improvement and innovation in construction management, always ensuring the industry/'s best-in-class and sustainable solutions for customers.ResponsibilitiesOverall leadership and strategy implementationSet and optimize end-to-end design strategy, structure, and process for all projects globallyAdept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term strategy or goalsAnalyze and direct the application of emerging industry best practices, tools, and methods to enhance product design solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders and stakeholdersLead, structure, and develop a best-in-class team and process for design execution and innovation globallyShape a collaborative, transparent, and entrepreneurial culture, in tandem with the corporate leadership teamLead and motivate diverse teams around shared vision and change story in line with aggressive growth prospectsSupport key construction programs and initiative implementationDesign decision-maker for GDC globally.
