This key role involves leading and executing planning, design, and permitting tasks in landscape architecture, land development, and planning projects. This position offers the chance to work on varied projects such as waterfront design, urban revitalization, community design, retail and commercial site planning, healthcare and university campus design, rooftop gardens, green infrastructure, and brownfield redevelopment.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist with planning, design, and permitting in landscape architecture, civil engineering, and related projects;Coordinate with staff for site cost estimates, zoning analyses, and project feasibility based on data analysis;Write and review reports including feasibility studies, proposals, and technical specifications;Plan and schedule tasks and project budgets, including progress reporting and drafting change orders;Manage multiple projects within budgets and deadlines, ensuring minimal write-offs;Oversee and manage staff for specific project assignments, providing coaching and motivation;Stay updated on landscape architecture practices, attend internal training for skills enhancement;Perform additional duties as required.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture;6+ years of relevant experience;Landscape Architecture license;Strong design passion, particularly for urban environments;Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Illustrator, 3D Modeling;Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills;Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team;Reliable transportation for site access and a valid driver’s license.Applicants should include a portfolio of work samples.Our client offers a comprehensive compensation package including full-time employment, company-paid medical, dental, vision insurance; life and disability insurance; 401(k)/Roth with company match; generous paid time off, and educational reimbursement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
