Health IT Clinical Systems Trainer - IIJob Location: US-DC-Washington DCJob ID: 2025-3579Category: Communications • Type: Full TimeOverviewNetImpact Strategies, Inc. is seeking to hire Health IT Senior Clinical Systems Trainer - Level II to support a Federal Agency. Government clearance requirements for this role require candidates to maintain a Public Trust. Location: Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) Bethesda, MD.Key ResponsibilitiesAssesses, designs, and conceptualizes health information technology training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculums, and other state of the art technologies related to training and behavioral studies.Develops teaching outlines and determines instructional methods.Identify and recommend training methodologies, including computer-assisted testing, behavior-based assessments, simulations, and performance measurement tools.Prepare teaching outlines, training plans, and course materials tailored to end-user and organizational needs.Delivers as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, or workshops, computer-based training using tools such as Adobe Captivate.Identifies appropriate training methods, including simulations, testing, assessments, interviews, and behavior-based evaluations.Develops and revises Health IT training courses, catalogs, and supporting plete orientation, competency verification, and all required training within department guidelines and specified timelines.Participate in assigned functions, meetings, customer service initiatives, and medical readiness activities, providing timely information and supporting process improvement.Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly working environment.Obtain and maintain access to systems, submitting bi-weekly workload documentation as required.Sign in and out with Time Tracker to record daily schedule and provide daily or weekly work reports to management.Demonstrate strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, both oral and written, including with executives and system users.Work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple tasks, and coordinate effectively across teams.Demonstrate effective time management skills and proficiency in English, written and spoken.QualificationsRequired Qualifications and Certifications:Ability to meet required government clearances: Tier 1 (T1) InvestigationFour (4) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency. Experience working with distance learning tools and presenting in a remote-work environmentBachelor's degree and/or equivalency.ITIL 4 Foundation certification.Preferred Qualifications and Certifications:Additional relevant IT, clinical informatics, or training certificationsExperience with Adobe Captivate or similar eLearning development tools.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.Previous Federal Consulting Experience.About UsNetImpact Strategies is committed to helping federal agencies drive digital transformation through innovative, agile solutions.
