CRB is a privately held company with a rich history of serving clients throughout the world, consistently striving for the highest standard of technical knowledge, creativity and execution.ResponsibilitiesDevelop relationships and collaboratively partner with internal stakeholders to assess legal and business risks and support the implementation of suitable mitigation remediesManage projects successfully to completionExamine contracts involving design and construction projects, leases, insurance, corporate governance etc.Reviews various agreements and documentsProvide legal advice to the organizationPrepare reports, guidelines and participates in the management of legal actionsWork closely with other departments to foresee and protect company against legal risksCapable of managing multiple projects at a time and successfully to completion.Minimum QualificationsJuris Doctor Degree, licensed to practice law in applicable state(s)Minimum of five years of legal experience, preferably in a engineering and construction law practice or corporate legal department for same.Experience with managing and resolving engineering and construction disputes and litigationAdditional QualificationsExperience with the preparation, review, and negotiation of design and construction contractsExcellent writing, communication and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated growth in leadership capabilities, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams, take initiative in complex legal matters, mentor colleagues, and contribute to strategic decision-making.Excellent presentation skillsService oriented mindset.Ability to research and provide guidance on compliance related issues throughout the companyTeam player with good business acumen and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Sharepoint)Willing to travel 15 to 20 percent.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.CRB is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
