This hybrid role (2–3 days onsite in Princeton) is responsible for recruiting top talent across US and international sites.ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle recruitment process: intake with hiring managers, job postings, sourcing, screenings, interviews, offers, and Workday transactions.Build talent pools, partner with universities, attend job fairs, and collaborate with agencies as needed.Source and screen diverse talent through multi-channel strategies.Provide guidance to TA Coordinators to ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.Support recruitment for contract roles, vendor engagement, and process improvements.Ensure compliance and best practices across recruitment activities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years Pharma/Biotech recruitment experience.Strong problem-solving, sourcing, and research skills.Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work across diverse teams.Proficiency with Workday and Microsoft 365.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionHuman Resources #J-18808-Ljbffr
