Talent Acquisition Partner – AAA Northeast What You’ll Do Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake to offer acceptance. Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, aligning talent priorities with business needs. Develop strong pipelines in competitive markets while balancing multiple searches. Champion the candidate experience with consistent communication and timely follow-up. Integrate internal mobility programs, referrals, and postings into the recruiting strategy. Ensure the AAA Northeast employment brand reflects our culture of service and innovation. What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field. 3+ years of recruiting experience; sales and insurance recruitment is a plus. Knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing techniques, and tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to guide, inspire, and align leaders. Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative, relationship-driven mindset with the confidence to lead conversations.
