Gibson Arnold and Associates is seeking an attorney with 5+ years of experience to join an AmLaw 100 firm in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in healthcare litigation and all aspects of litigation, including :Trial management;Gathering pertinent factual information;Identifying and researching legal issues;Analyzing facts and law;Developing strategic action plans;Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings;Managing all aspects of formal discovery;Interfacing with staff, opposing counsel, witnesses, experts, mediators, arbitrators, and judges;Communication with clients.The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 depending on experience.
