Position Summary: The Transportation Associate is responsible for safely transporting residents, staff, and materials as needed, supporting the daily operations of our community. This role ensures punctuality, safety, and a positive experience for all passengers. Key Responsibilities: * Transport residents to and from appointments, activities, and other destinations in a safe and timely manner. * Assist residents with mobility and boarding as needed. * Maintain assigned vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, fuel levels, and general upkeep. * Report any vehicle maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly. * Follow all traffic laws, organizational policies, and safety protocols. * Support team members and assist with other duties as requested. Qualifications: * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Experience operating passenger vans or similar vehicles preferred. * Ability to safely assist individuals with mobility challenges. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift, bend, and assist residents when necessary. * Comfortable spending extended periods driving and being on your feet.
