Associate Attorney - Medical Malpractice (Fully Remote)

Leading prominent firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of Medical Malpractice Defense experience to join their growing team. This role is a fully remote role based in Buffalo. Experience in additional practice areas such as product liability, personal injury, general liability, professional liability, toxic tort, construction, civil litigation, insurance defense is also a plus! Responsibilities: Manage assigned cases and prepare periodic status reports for clients Handle cases from inception to conclusion Take and defend depositions Court appearances Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery Qualifications: Strong academics Excellent research and writing skills 2-5 years of experience Licensed to practice and in good standing in New York.
