USASalary: min 168000, max 234000Domain: ConsultingCompany: ITL USARequisition ID: 138835BRResponsibilitiesLead business consulting engagements focused on SAP S/4HANA Lead to Order transformation.Advise clients on best practices for customer inquiry handling, quotation management, order processing, and delivery execution in semiconductor environments.Analyze and map current business processes to SAP best practices acrossSales order management and AATP (Advance Available to Promise)Pricing, contracts, and customer master dataIntegration with manufacturing, logistics, and financeCustomer collaboration and service managementIntegration with related SAP module and other third-party systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, supply chain, finance, and IT to ensure strategic alignment.Support roadmap development, business case creation, and value realization planning.Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and value realization plans.Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.7+ years of experience in business consulting or commercial transformation, with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA Lead to Order.Strong understanding of semiconductor industry sales and fulfillment models (e.g., B2B, OEM, consignment, long lead-time quoting).Proven experience in strategy development, process design, and SAP-enabled transformation.Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.Preferred QualificationsMBA or equivalent advanced degree.SAP S/4HANA certification in Sales or Customer Management.Experience with SAP Business AI, Joule, SD, CRM, and integration with EWM, TM, and FI.Strong understanding of semiconductor industry trends, global customer operations, and regulatory requirements.Experience with Agile or SAP Activate methodology.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
