OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Training Leader to join our Gallagher Claims and Risk Consulting team. This role is focused on driving and supporting the learning and development needs of new merger partners within an assigned region or functional area. The Gallagher Claims and Risk Consulting Training Leader will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and reinforcing high-quality service training to ensure operational excellence and alignment with Gallagher’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, training delivery, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to create impactful learning experiences. This role will also be responsible for onboarding staff, delivering system and process training, and supporting Account Teams in adopting tools, resources, and best practices. How you/'ll make an impactCurriculum Development and Instructional Design:Leverage full life cycle instructional design skills to build role-based curriculums that meet business needs. Develop new learning assets, including classroom-based materials, PowerPoint presentations, discussion guides, facilitator guides, web-based training, job aids, performance support tools, assessments, and certification programs. Identify and evaluate existing learning assets to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational needs.Training Delivery:Deliver training in both classroom and webinar settings to new merger partner teams. Provide system and process training for staff on platforms. Train and manage Account Teams on claim reporting processes during and after system conversions. Deliver training to Account Teams in branches on tools, resources, processes, and best practices.Onboarding and Staff Development:Onboard new staff by introducing team structures, value propositions, and operational processes. Support staff in understanding and adopting Gallagher’s tools, systems, and workflows.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with HR, business management, and functional teams to align on milestone training deliverables. Partner with stakeholders to develop, review, and implement new training courses and materials. Drive adoption of learning strategies and implement reinforcement tactics to ensure long-term success.Strategic Contribution:Contribute to the development of functional training strategies that align with Gallagher’s overall business objectives. Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to meet evolving business clusion and diversity is a core part of our business. About You Required:Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, human resources, business, or related field. 5+ years directly applicable experience in insurance or financial brokerage. Proficient in developing and following individual work plan(s). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in using MS Office applications with key strengths in PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. Up to 60% travel, with travel within the assigned region and at times to Gallagher headquarters. Preferred:Professional certification (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, CPLP) or equivalent training experience preferred. Insurance and/or customer service learning and development experience preferred. Behaviors: Able to collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to identify learning needs, build out materials and implement them in a way that leads to behavior change. Excellent presence and ability to build and sustain professional relationships at all levels of the organization. Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
