Our litigation team handles a wide range of complex matters, including business torts, construction and contract disputes, civil RICO, general commercial litigation, healthcare and employment issues, insurance matters, and local government representation. We take a hands-on, strategic approach to litigation, building strong relationships with our clients and pursuing results that are pragmatic, cost-effective, and aligned with client goals. *Requirements** Litigation experience preferred * Ability to manage and drive matters forward with general guidance * Experience handling all phases of litigation, including preparing for, taking, and defending depositions * Strong drafting skills for dispositive motions, discovery motions, and expert-related filings * Adept at developing legal strategy and managing client expectations * Comfortable participating in hearings and taking the lead when needed * Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills * Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously, meeting all deadlines * Skilled at conducting thorough research and analysis to develop effective legal strategies * Experience with local government law is a plus * Must be admitted to the Georgia Bar and in good standing, or eligible for admission via reciprocity or the Georgia Bar Exam (including Fall 2025 law graduates awaiting admission)Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k)* 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance License/Certification: * GA Bar License (Required)Work Location: In person
