This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic portfolio that includes new multi-family residential developments, Choice Neighborhoods initiatives, and adaptive reuse projects.Key responsibilities include:Leading or supporting conceptual and schematic design effortsDeveloping design and construction documents in Revit with technical precisionCoordinating and managing production workflows throughout project phasesQualifications:Minimum of 6 years of experience across all design phasesStrong technical knowledge of building systems and construction methodsProven ability to manage project documentation and collaborate with clients and consultantsExcellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Revit, SketchUp Pro, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), and Microsoft OfficeProfessional degree in Architecture requiredArchitectural licensure and LEED AP accreditation preferredInterested in hearing more?
