Executive Chef

Our Chefs have imperative responsibilities of managing all culinary operations of the business. Our new Executive Chef can expect a close working relationship with the Management Team, the Operations Leadership Team, and the entire front and back of house staff. Essential Job Functions: Oversee and execute a variety of dinner shifts throughout the week Ensure staffing levels are maintained and adjusted to meet and exceed guest needs Hire, train, motivate, and schedule kitchen staff Provide direction to team members by coaching, counseling, and providing feedback on job performance Lead and coordinate a high- performing kitchen team that will consist of 20-25 stewards per shift  Experience   Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts preferred or equivalent level of experience Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience required High volume restaurant experience required Prior experience leading large high- performing kitchen teams Compensation & Benefits $103,000+ Based on experience and education Bonus eligible Eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Company paid Life and Disability Insurance 401k retirement savings with a 4% company match Generous PTO plan 7 paid holidays off Experience Required 2 year(s): Minimum supervisory experience 5 year(s): Minimum Executive Chef experience Equal Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
