Kilbourn, our commissary kitchen is a high volume, fast paced and fun environment with an amazing and dedicated staff.  Come work with a great team and serve up some beautiful pastries!  We are looking for  candidates who are responsible, kind, have a strong work ethic and integrity. If this is you, let's talk!   Responsibilities Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.   Review and fulfill daily catering orders, store food and other wholesale orders.   Cake cutting, filling and icing according to specifications.  Prepare items  following company recipes and quality standards with a sense of urgency.   Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Answer and report to the Chef on duty.   Keep stations and all storage areas clean following sanitation requirements.  Stock deliveries and inventory appropriately according to standards.   Comply with nutrition, sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Skills Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks Familiar with industry’s best practices More detail about The Goddess and Grocer Catering/Commissary part of The Goddess and Grocer, please visit
