Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sushi Chef who is passionate about their craft. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of traditional sushi techniques, a flair for presentation, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding Blue Elephant’s quality and standards.
