Major Food Group is hiring experienced Captain Assistants  to join our team at Carbone Dallas ! Carbone is an Italian-American restaurant created by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick. The restaurant pays homage to the essence of the great Italian-American restaurants of mid-20th century New York. The food nods to that history, but takes its culinary cues from the great talents and techniques of the present and future. Familiar dishes like SEafood Salad, Linguini Vongole, Lobster Fra Diavolo, Chicken Scarpariello and Veal Parmesan elevated to a new level. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in anticipating guests’ needs and ensure that service meets/exceeds expectations to ensure a memorable and pleasant dining experience. Inspect dining room, table settings, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety. Check tables throughout service times for Member satisfaction, and assist in resolving guest issues. REQUIREMENTS : Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.  Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service.  Full time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays).  Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.  Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel.
