We’re growing fast (second location coming soon!) and we’re looking for an Assistant Manager who wants to grow with us into a General Manager role. At Chachi’s, cleanliness and food safety are everything. Our shop must be sanitary, organized, and compliant at all times—not just for inspections, but because our community trusts us with their food. We’ve already built strong systems for how we operate—now we need someone sharp to execute them consistently, fine-tune for efficiency, and help scale them as we expand. What You’ll Do: Lead by example in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety Support the Owner in day-to-day operations and step up as acting GM when needed Lead shifts: manage the floor, handle customer service, and keep the team running smoothly Execute and fine-tune Chachi’s systems so they’re scalable for multiple locations Oversee scheduling, team communication, and training of new staff Jump in wherever needed: register, sandwich station, prep, or catering setups Maintain quality standards and food safety compliance Drive a fun, positive, and hardworking team culture Assist in catering growth, social media buzz, and community engagement projects Help document processes that will make Chachi’s franchise-ready What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in the food & beverage industry At least 1 year of leadership experience (shift lead, assistant manager, or manager in quick service, bakery, coffee, or similar) Obsessed with cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance Manager ServSafe certified or willing to obtain within 30 days Strong communication and problem-solving skills Outgoing, upbeat, and customer-obsessed personality Comfortable with tech and able to learn our POS and systems quickly Physically able to stand for long hours, lift/carry up to 30 lbs, and handle stairs Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to keep cool under pressure Perks & Benefits: $20/hr starting pay + tips (avg. tips: $4–5/hr) Free shift meal + employee discounts Fun team culture and outings Growth track to General Manager (with pay bumps + leadership opportunities) Be a key part of expanding Chachi’s into multiple locations Why Chachi’s?
