OverviewInterim Chief Financial Officer OpportunityJoin a California medical center as their next Interim Chief Financial Officer!The PositionThe Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day financial operations including the oversight of approximately 3+ FTEs.Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Interim CFO will focus on ongoing initiatives including assessing revenue cycle procedures, accounts receiving decision support, financial pacing, and increases in Medical Supplement and DFH provider fees.Ideal leaders will be approachable and will be willing to focus on the development and improvement of partnerships with additional leaderships throughout the organization.Seeking a growth-oriented and experienced financial leader who will be able to portray a strong sense of resilience.Must be available to start within 23 weeks of acceptance.QualificationsBachelor/'s degree is required.California experience is pensation DetailsCompensation Range : $330,000 to $340,000 annually.The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
