Team Lead – Construction Surveillance Technician (TL)Location: Worldwide LocationsClearance: ACTIVE Top-SecretThe Team Leader shall receive and implement orders and special instructions from the SSM or Regional Security Officer concerning matters which affect the security operations of the site. They will possess the skills to handle the team’s administrative work while participating as a team member. The Team Leader is often called upon by the SSM to coordinate with the General Contractor’s foreman to address upcoming work requirements and ensure proper staffing coverage.Duties and Responsibilities:Implement orders and instructions from the Site Security Manager (SSM) and Regional Security Officer (RSO).Operate proposed inspection equipment.Utilize knowledge of construction disciplines, including civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering principles.Read and analyze designs and blueprints to understand the architect's intended use.Assess designs and structural complexities that may conceal ulterior purposes.Apply knowledge of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, construction principles, and surveillance devices used by hostile and friendly intelligence services.Write detailed reports in English, analyzing issues, findings, and security situations requiring staff action.Maintain daily logs during duty shifts.Must have at least four (4) active years on the program.Must have participated in two (2) construction projects within the past 4 years.Construction Surveillance Technicians must have at least five (5) years’ experience in one or more of the following areas:Construction security surveillanceTechnical Surveillance CountermeasuresIndustrial or government security involving counterintelligenceConstruction quality assuranceHands-on supervisory construction experienceU.S. Citizen.At least twenty-one (21) years old.Maintain an active Top-Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance.Active CST certification good physical health and meet medical requirements.High school diploma or GED equivalent. #J-18808-Ljbffr
