OverviewSoftware Engineer Manager - Fraud Systems role at Regions Bank. The Software Engineer Manager oversees application development for a department or group within the company. This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsBachelor/'s degree in a related fieldSix (6) years of relevant experienceExperience as a team leaderPreferencesExperience in a Technology role in banking or a financial services industrySkills And CompetenciesAbility to manage multiple projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skillsStrong organizational skillsAdditional Job Details For This Specific OpportunityThe Software Engineer Manager position will be responsible for managing at least 2 Fraud AD Agile teams, and also be able to provide technical guidance to the teams regarding design, technology standards and guidelinesPrevious experience managing teams is strongly preferredAbility to work closely with Business Stakeholders, Scrum Master, POs, and Architects to fully understand the business requirements and help the Dev teams to transform requests into technical requirements needed to deliver features/workAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment and strong organization and communication skillsPreferred knowledge of Financial Crime Unit (FCU) processes such as fraud detection, AML, KYC, and transaction monitoringAdditional Preferred Experience For This Specific OpportunityC# (.NET Framework and .NET Core)Experience with microservices architecture (RESTful and event-based)Metrics and Monitoring Tools - Prometheus, Grafana, SplunkTest AutomationDocker/Kubernetes/OpenshiftPython/Pyspark experience is a plusSAFe / Agile MethodologyKafka/Confluent KafkaOpen TelemetryOAuthAWSHangfireREACTIBM MQOnsite/Work ScheduleThis position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future.
