Senior Product Manager, PartnershipsThumbtack, Inc. (San Francisco, CA) to develop product solutions, including customer acquisition, partnerships product experiences and conversion optimizations. Partnering with engineers, designers, analysts and data scientists to prioritize and deliver engineering solutions for customers; Developing, presenting, or responding to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and engineering solutions; Defining and analyzing key metrics, such as sales forecasting reports, to inform decision-making and measure success; Conducting user research and lightweight tests of scope, understanding customer requirements, to prioritize product initiatives and provide sales engineering support; and Preparing and delivering technical presentations that explain engineering products or services to customers and prospective customers. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a directly related field. Must have five (5) years of prior progressively responsible work experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must know (through academic training or work experience) customer research through interviews and user testing to understand end-user problems and effectiveness of the current platform version as well as proposed versions and features; market research and analysis to prioritize software features and product types to support on the software platform; analyze conversion funnel and user journey for web app users onboarding; Launch and introduce new software features and products into the market on the Apple AppStore and Google Playstore; align stakeholders and compiled input to prioritize new software features and roadmap; Revamp team processes and scale as the number of engineering pods increased; Design and execute AB test experiments; communicate metrics on new user registrations, user activation, and plan subscriptions; create long-term roadmaps with a prioritized list of proposed features and timeline to communicate product strategy and vision; and Present findings to the investment committees and other investors. May work from home anywhere in the continental U.S $174,637 - $180,000/yr. Actual offered salaries will vary and be based on various factors, such as calibrated job level, qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. EEO.
