You will work with the District Sales Manager to build relationships with customers to help detect and prevent advanced cyberattacks and breaches. You will guide what applications to deploy from our platform and mentor your team to stay ahead of the latest cyberthreats and prevention techniques.As the technical leader for your territory, you will develop your team to define innovative technical solutions that secure customers/' key business imperatives and maximize the value of their investment. You will champion our leadership in on-premises, cloud, and security operations services, and you will nurture talent and provide feedback to product management from customer insights. Your team will define technical solutions that secure a customer/'s key business imperatives and ensure value realization of their investment.Your ImpactRecruit and hire new Solutions Consultants into the territory, selecting top talentTrain, mentor, and review team members to keep them engaged and successfulSupport field Solutions Consultants in complex evaluations and challenging environmentsLead and coach the team on technical validation efforts to achieve technical winsDefine, create and monitor individual development plans for your teamCollaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialist teams to ensure successful implementation and adoptionProvide effective technical leadership in customer interactions and share security trends and standard methodologiesDrive Platformization efforts within accountsCoordinate with Domain Specialist Manager to optimize resourcesAct as an escalation point for issues across pre-sales and post-sales teamsBuild and maintain relationships with key customers to solidify reference accounts and plan further opportunitiesPresent to customers as an expert at all levels, from technician to CIODiscuss competitor products and position ours as the best alternativeCollaborate with Product Management, Technical Marketing, and R&D to capture requirements and provide customer feedbackTravel 50-75% within the regionWork with the sales counterpart to develop a technical growth strategy and identify key verticals, markets, use cases, and solutionsYour ExperienceExperience as a pre-sales System Engineer ManagerExperience as a Senior System Engineer/SpecialistIndustry knowledge of security product market trends and awareness of roadmap and competitor offeringsKnowledge of delivering comprehensive security solutions to Palo Alto Networks customersExperience in selling, designing, implementing or managing Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation TechnologiesCollaborating with Customer Support to ensure successful implementation and adoptionStrong written and verbal communication and presentation skillsQuota-driven attitude focused on client needs and being a trusted advisorProficient in EnglishThe TeamOur Solutions Consultant team works with large organizations worldwide to protect their digital environments. For offers at the posted level, the starting base salary (non-sales) or base salary + commission target (sales) is expected to be between $224,000 - $308,000 per year and may include restricted stock units and a bonus.
