As the organization continues to scale in size, complexity, and digital sophistication, this role will provide the dedicated Human Resources HRIS leadership needed to ensure Workday delivers a seamless, user-friendly experience for employees, managers, and HR partners. The Director will oversee configuration, governance, reporting, and cyclical HR processes within Workday, serving as a critical bridge between HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders. This role will be instrumental in enhancing data integrity, improving people analytics, enabling manager self-service, and preparing Workday to support future organizational initiatives, including new module rollouts.****Job Description****# Key Responsibilities## Workday Optimization & Strategy* Develop and execute a comprehensive Human Resources Workday roadmap aligned with HR strategy and organizational priorities.* Drive system efficiency, user adoption, and reduction of administrative burden by enhancing workflows, reporting, and automation.* Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday capabilities, including HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Performance.## Data Integrity & Reporting* Establish governance and audit processes to ensure data quality, compliance, and reliability.* Lead people analytics efforts, ensuring executives and managers have timely and accurate workforce insights.* Expand the use of dashboards, automated reporting, and analytics capabilities to support decision-making.## HR Cyclical Processes* Partner with HR SMEs and the Workday ERP team to manage annual HR processes (e.g., performance reviews, merit cycles, compensation planning).* Ensure timely configuration, testing, training, and launch with minimal remediation needed post-implementation.## Governance, Testing & IT Partnership* Collaborate with IT on Workday release management, security audits, and system testing.* Ensure data security and compliance with frameworks such as HIPAA and GDPR.* Partner cross-functionally to design, test, and implement enhancements and integrations.## Leadership & Collaboration* Lead a small HRIS team and manage vendor/consultant relationships.* Serve as a thought partner to HR and IT leadership, aligning system design to business needs.* Build strong partnerships across HR, Finance, IT and Operations to ensure enterprise-wide adoption and success.# # Qualifications/*/*Required Experience & Skills/*/** 7–10+ years of HRIS or ERP leadership experience, with at least 7 years of hands-on Workday expertise across multiple modules.* 3-5 years managing a team* Proven success with Workday post-implementation optimization, reporting, dashboards, and analytics.* Experience managing HRIS roadmaps, governance processes, and cross-functional HR/IT projects.* Strong leadership skills with experience managing HRIS teams and external vendors.* Demonstrated ability to translate organizational strategy into system solutions.* Excellent problem-solving, communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.* Strong project management skills* Team player/*/*Preferred Experience/*/** Bachelor’s degree* Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Pro).* Familiarity with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR).* Strong cross-functional partnerships and high user satisfaction with Workday.* Remote and multi-site collaboration**Total Rewards at Enterprise:**You will be working with a group of talented professionals who are motivated by serving the community and addressing the need for affordable housing.Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family.The base salary for this role is $130,000 to $150,000, depending on level of skills and experience.The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.
