The Sr. Director, Enterprise Applications is a leadership role that oversees the strategy, implementation, and optimization of the firm/'s enterprise applications and platforms that support operational functions including Finance, HR, Marketing, Commercial and legal functions. The Sr. Director, Enterprise Applications, ensures alignment of application and platform initiatives with firmwide goals to enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration, including AI, data architecture, and sophisticated BI to deliver accuracy, efficiency, and compliance for our supporting functions.Location – Tampa, FL or Houston, TX.What You/'ll DoLead Enterprise Technology Strategy: Define and execute the Finance, HR, Commercial Technology roadmaps, integrating with DCI’s broader business strategies. Drive the adoption of AI and other emerging technologies to revolutionize processes and enhance predictive capabilities.Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and opportunities.Architect & Optimize Financial Systems: Own the end-to-end architecture of our financial reporting ecosystem (including Great Plains, Onestream, Coupa, Concur, etc., and proprietary systems). Ensure seamless data integration, integrity, security, and SOX compliance, serving as the definitive subject matter expert.Drive Automation & Process Intelligence: Spearhead transformative process improvements and automation opportunities, leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy.Partner with the CDAIO and Deliver Business Intelligence & Insights: Develop and champion advanced BI, AI and analytics capabilities, providing timely, accurate, and proactive insights for data-driven decision-making. Build innovative reporting solutions and self-service dashboards.Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Serve as the primary strategic partner for new product initiatives, anticipating financial, HR, Commercial technology impacts, and building trusted relationships with executive and senior stakeholders.Lead & Develop Teams: Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing global team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on enterprise technology investments.Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new enterprise solutions.Manage budgets and assess ROI of enterprise application initiatives.What We Look ForEducation: Bachelor/'s degree in Information Systems; Master/'s degree preferred. CPA, PMP or relevant certifications beneficial.Experience: 10+ years in enterprise systems leadership, with extensive expertise in Finance ERP implementation, optimization, and strategic architectural design within a private equity set-up.Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and SOX compliance. Proven expertise in major financial, HR & Commercial applications. Strong foundational knowledge and practical experience with enterprise data architecture, SQL, data warehousing, cloud-based systems, and advanced BI tools.Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworksLeads by example to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams; fosters a collaborative culture that encourages accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.Drive and manage organizational change by effectively communicating vision, minimizing resistance, and ensuring smooth transitions through stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.Demonstrate executive presence through confident communication, sound judgment, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, representing the organization with credibility and authority.Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall business novation & AI Mindset: Demonstrated ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including traditional AI, Gen AI, and intelligent automation methodologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
