We need someone to be the face at our front desk. Are you happy, outgoing and able to create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests by sharing your knowledge of the area? You will help ensure all guests receive excellent service from check-in to check-out and you will OWN the front desk area.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate clearly in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and a passion for exceptional customer service.Know the local happenings in the restaurants, entertainment, and sporting events and share this information with guests.Handle cash responsibly and reliably; use computers, databases, and property management systems to manage the technical side of the job.QualificationsHigh School diploma (or equivalent) and preferably three to six months of related experience.People-person with the ability to interact with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive manner at all times.Ability to handle requests (even challenging ones) in a timely manner and perform well under pressure.Work Environment & ScheduleOn-site, full-time role with flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
