OverviewThis is a U.S. based position. All of the programs we support require U.S. citizenship to be eligible for employment. We build digital solutions that impact the lives of millions of Americans.We’re looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to support our customer and join our team of high-impact problem solvers. This role helps build and shape a game-changing organization where we put customers and people first.Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Product Manager, you will:Collaborate with DoD partners and Technical Leads to design and execute Kubernetes or Docker solutions tailored for DoD mission environments.Scope and prioritize activities based on the product roadmap.Oversee the application of GitOps principles for software delivery and alignment with concurrent DoD software development efforts.Engage with stakeholders to act as a product evangelist, building awareness and maximizing mission impact.Represent Raft to the client, capturing client feedback and documenting team progress.Be a driving factor for repeat and increased business with DoD clients.Split time roughly 50/50 between PM duties and solution architecting for RFI/RFP responses.What we are looking for (Qualifications)4+ years of hands-on product development/product management experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of computer science and software development lifecycles, including programming familiarityAn "Agilista" who ensures contractual deliverables are executed accurately and on timeCloud services knowledge and experienceWritten and oral technical approach experienceHighly preferredDirect experience with DoD clients, specifically US ArmyProven track record managing favorable profit and lossAWS knowledge and experienceAgile certificationsExperience in a software factory environmentExperience with ATO and RMF processesClearance RequirementsActive Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain SCIWork Type and TravelMay require up to 15% travelSalary Range$150,000 - $180,000Compensation determined by candidate’s experience, skills, and abilitiesWhat we will offer youHighly competitive salaryFully covered healthcare, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchUnlimited PTO + 11 paid holidaysAnd moreOur Vision and Customer ObsessionWe bridge the gap between humans and data through radical transparency and a mission-focused approach.
