We are seeking an experienced and hands-on VP of Technology to lead our technology strategy, infrastructure, and support functions across our growing restaurant operations. This role will project manage all guest-facing, in-restaurant, and corporate technology initiatives, including website, app, kitchen systems, networks, hardware, software, data security, and support services, ensuring our technology environment is brand-forward, reliable, secure, and positioned to scale with our business.The ideal candidate brings a strong background in multi-unit environments, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with operational leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the overall technology strategy aligned with business goals and operational needs.Project manage all technology rollouts and development initiativesOversee the daily operation of IT systems, including network infrastructure, POS systems, kitchen display systems, digital ordering platforms, security systems, and business applications.Manage IT staff and external vendors, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and adherence to SLAs.Ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of company data and systems.Lead technology implementations, upgrades, and integrations for new restaurant openings or acquisitions.Develop and manage the IT budget, including hardware/software procurement and vendor contracts.Create and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting as needed in a multi-site environment.Partner with operations, finance, HR, and marketing to support business needs and drive innovation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 3+ years in a director+ level role.Experience supporting technology operations in a multi-unit environment (restaurant or hospitality industry preferred)Strong knowledge of POS systems, networking, cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and data security practices.Demonstrated success managing teams, vendors, and complex projects.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a hands-on, service-oriented mindset.Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles, CA; and travel to expanding locationsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation, equity and bonus structureComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, 401k employer contributionsPaid time off and holidaysCareer growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding organizationCollaborative, energetic workplace culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
