We’re looking for a marketing leader, with experience at the intersection of growth, brand and operations, to drive integrated marketing strategy across acquisition and growth for B2B Marketing at DoorDash.About the RoleIntegrated Marketing Manager, B2B — DoorDash Commerce PlatformWe’re seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to join our B2B Integrated Marketing team, focusing on the DoorDash Commerce Platform line of business. Integrated Marketing defines and drives the end-to-end integrated marketing strategy for key first-party Commerce Platform products across surfaces.You will create awareness and education around operating on DoorDash, and build pipeline growth through targeted B2B campaigns. Responsibilities include identifying the right merchants to target, designing merchant journeys in partnership with growth marketing, CRM, and product, and implementing strategies that improve conversion and scale. You will explore and test net-new strategies for pipeline acceleration using traditional and innovative channels.With mentorship from the Senior Manager, Merchant Marketing, and collaboration with DCP Strategy & Ops and Product Management, you will surface audience insights to inform roadmaps and translate them into scaled go-to-market campaigns and 0-1 demand generation experiments. Your work will fuel brand awareness and pipeline health across our B2B ecosystem.The ideal candidate will have:Proven B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in high-growth environments.A track record of driving pipeline growth through integrated campaigns and demand generation.Experience identifying and removing bottlenecks to optimize integrated channels for efficiency and scalability.Strong ability to partner cross-functionally (growth marketing, CRM, product, research, analytics) to align strategy and fort switching between strategic planning and tactical execution.A data-driven mindset with analytics, insights, and experimentation to improve impact.Proven success building consensus with large cross-functional teams and trusted relationships with senior leaders.This role reports to the Senior Manager, Lead of Commerce Platform Marketing.You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…Collaborate with research and analytics to understand the merchant audience and surface opportunities to leadership to improve product awareness and increase inbounds and product adoptions within the SMB audience.Develop the acquisition strategy across Commerce Platform products in partnership with Growth Marketing, CRM, and Content teams. Identify, test, and scale new channels to drive rapid growth and clearly communicate product value.Lead cross-functional efforts to execute marketing programs at scale, partnering with Product Management, merchant-facing teams, Engineering, Communications, Strategy & Ops, Finance, and Analytics.Work with teams to design, build, and refine Platform products and surfaces to improve product adoption and retention.Collaborate with sales to build an optimized lifecycle for both managed and unmanaged segments.We’re excited about you because…BA required6+ years of professional experience in Marketing or Product in a corporate or startup environmentProven track record of successful go-to-market launches driving adoption and impact, with opportunities for experimentation grounded in business insightsFluency with data, market sizing, forecasting, and measuring campaign efficacyExperience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to build products or services for business customersNotice to Applicants for Jobs Located in NYC or Remote Jobs Associated With Office in NYC OnlyWe use Covey as part of our hiring process for jobs in NYC. In addition to base salary, there are equity opportunities.
