We help organizations navigate the technical landscape of AI and drive strategic impact through enterprise AI adoption.About the Role:We are seeking a Technical Lead for Talent Admissions who will play a critical role in building and managing our talent network. This role will be responsible for surfacing, vetting, and staffing top-tier technical talent on customer engagements, ensuring the right fit for both our clients and team members.Key Responsibilities:Talent Admissions & Technical Vetting:Design and implement robust technical assessment frameworks to evaluate candidates' skills and expertiseConduct in-depth technical interviews to validate candidates' capabilities and experienceContinuously refine the vetting process, tools, and cadence to maintain high quality standards across our talent networkTalent Matching & Staffing:Collaborate with delivery teams to understand project requirements and identify the right technical profilesSurface appropriate candidates from our network based on technical skills, experience, and client needsValidate technical fit and ensure successful staffing decisions for customer engagementsStay up to date with the Tribe codebase and participating in PR reviews whenever necessaryRelationship Building & Performance Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with talent in our networkProvide constructive performance feedback to team members throughout engagementsServe as a trusted technical advisor and mentor to talent in our networkSupport talent growth and development through regular check-ins and guidanceProactively solicit feedback from talent to improve operations and the overall tribe experienceProcess Automation & Optimization:Drive automation initiatives to streamline talent sourcing, vetting, and staffing processesDevelop and implement tools and systems to improve efficiency in talent managementAnalyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our talent operationsAbout You:Required Experience:5+ years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership rolesStrong technical background with recent hands-on experience in software developmentBackground in AI/ML engineering or related technical fieldsExperience in building LLM-based agentic systemsExperience in technical interviewing and candidate assessmentTrack record of building and managing high-performing technical teamsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsPreferred Experience:Experience in consulting or professional services environmentsFamiliarity with talent operationsExperience with process automation and tool developmentWe’re a remote-first company, but extra points if you’re based in the Bay Area or NYC as we have a large presence in both citiesWhy Tribe AI:Shape the future of AI talent operations at a growing AI consultancyWork with exceptional technical talent across various AI specializationsDrive innovation in how we identify, vet, and deploy technical expertiseContribute to the strategic impact of enterprise AI adoptionThis role is ideal for an "Engineering Manager" type who enjoys identifying technical talent, building relationships, and creating efficient systems and processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
