Were looking for a hands-on, sales-driven General Manager who will lead the studio to success by building a high-performing team, growing revenue, and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience.About the RoleAs General Manager, you are the driver of studio success. This role requires an energetic and highly organized leader who thrives in a performance-based environment. You will be responsible for all aspects of studio operationsfrom hitting monthly sales targets to managing team performance, optimizing client experience, and executing local marketing initiatives.This is not a desk job. The right candidate is equally comfortable closing a membership sale, coaching a team member, jumping in at the front desk, and strategizing with ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the team to exceed monthly membership and service revenue goalsExecute a proven sales process to drive conversions, upsells, and retentionTrack and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, revenue per client, client retention, and new member growthPersonally close sales and support team members in doing the sameFollow up on leads and walk-ins with timely, targeted communicationRecruit, onboard, and develop a team of wellness representatives and medical professionalsSet clear expectations and hold the team accountable to performance and service standardsConduct regular coaching, 1-on-1s, and team meetingsFoster a culture of positivity, ownership, and continuous improvementOperations & ServiceEnsure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all wellness modalitiesOversee daily studio operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and cleanlinessMaintain compliance with all safety, medical, and brand standardsManage equipment readiness and coordinate maintenance as neededCommunity Engagement & Local MarketingRepresent Restore in the Torrance community through partnerships and eventsImplement local marketing efforts to drive traffic and increase brand visibilityEngage with the studios social media presence and collaborate on content strategyQualifications3+ years of experience in sales, retail management, hospitality, or fitness/wellness leadershipProven success in meeting and exceeding sales goalsStrong people leadership and coaching skillsComfortable working in a high-energy, customer-facing environmentTech-savvy and organized, with strong communication skillsPassionate about health, wellness, and helping others feel their bestBonus if you have:Experience with memberships, subscription models, or service-based salesBackground in fitness, nutrition, aesthetics, or healthcareFamiliarity with CRM software, scheduling tools, or point-of-sale systemsSchedule & CompensationFull-time position, must be available to work weekends as neededMonthly performance-based bonus opportunityStudio hours: TuesdayFriday 10AM7PM, Saturday 9AM5PM, Sunday 11AM5PM, closed MondayWhy Join Restore TorranceBe part of a fast-growing health and wellness brand with national supportWork in a beautiful, clean, high-energy studio with cutting-edge modalitiesLead a mission-driven team that truly changes livesUnlimited opportunity for growth, impact, and performance-based earningsReady to lead?
