Chief Compliance Officer - Global

OverviewWe are searching for a CCO to join a global PE/VC fund, based in the US but to cover operations across the globe with significant growth across the Middle East and Asia.Coverage: Global (offices in the US, Europe and Asia)Key RequirementsPE / VC / Hedge Fund backgroundsRequirements12 - 20 Years of experience (candidates outside of this range will be considered)Education, Training and Establishment exposure = PE, VC or a Hedge Fund relatedExperience in RIA and SEC requirementsExperience in matters such as tax filings and non-US marketing registrationsExperience with overseas operations in terms of offices, funds and market growth (EMEA and APAC)Ability to influence stakeholders around the world - essentialThe RoleIn this role you will work directly with the CEO, deal teams across the globe and form part of the overall C-suite management team. Your stakeholders will be based across all offices which includes the US, EMEA and APAC regions.You will support transactions with compliance advice, risk / reward guidance and general day to day matters.You will lead the development of a compliance program, implemented globally.
