Job DescriptionOverviewSalesforce Solution Architect - Service Cloud Voice / Amazon ConnectLocation: United States - We are fully remote!Ideal candidates will demonstrate previous consulting experience specifically in Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect, and will partner with a Technical Architect to comply with best practices related to solution design, documentation, and guidelines that lead to the identification, selection, development and use of solutions and applications. SA will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert, partnering with sales and business development teams in the process of client discovery and sales engineering, to accurately estimate the technical level of effort required for scope of work sold. Role & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overall Salesforce Service Cloud Voice + Amazon Connect solution design and implementationLead business and technology analysis and provide CRM domain expertiseLead client architecture initiatives from inception to completion, acting as a technical subject matter expert while providing expertise to business users and challenging point of viewsPartner with Sales team in the process of client discovery to accurately estimate the technical level of effort for scope of work soldResponsible for combined on+offshore team project delivery success and owning the overall health of on+offshore project teamChampion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiencyProduce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutionsOwn the overall execution of implementation deliverables and QA Qualifications4-6+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce or AWS ecosystem2-3+ years of solution design experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon ConnectSignificant experience with Salesforce suite of products, especially Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service (highly desired), and/or Experience CloudExperience serving as the primary interface with offshore partnersExperience with hands-on solutioning on the Salesforce platform, for a variety of clients (including enterprise and large implementations)Demonstrated ability to confidently lead multiple engagements, at varying stages, at the same timeComprehensive knowledge of software, application, and platforms, and working knowledge of business modeling, governance and operationsStrong business processes, process documentation, and process improvement skillsActive Salesforce certifications and willingness to achieve additional certifications on emerging technologies as required per roleHighly Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Voice Accreditation (retired), AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS DeveloperPreferred Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant Why Thunder?A Culture of Builders – We're a remote-first, global team of curious, collaborative problem-solvers.
