IT Director Fantastic opportunity to join a mission-driven nonprofit foundation supporting healthcare initiatives. This newly reimagined IT leadership role will guide technology strategy and oversee day-to-day operations for a high-impact fundraising organization committed to advancing innovative, high-quality, and compassionate care. Highlights Report directly to the VP of Operations, partnering with leadership to align technology with mission-driven goals Lead IT operations on-site, overseeing CRM, Data, Business Intelligence, security, access, and core infrastructure Own and optimize the Blackbaud ecosystem, data governance, integrations, and analytics (Power BI, SQL, Azure) Build team culture, establish practices and expectations, and champion organizational values Primarily on-site role with transition to hybrid flexibility (approximately 50% remote) Requirements Bachelors degree required (Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred) Progressive IT leadership experience, including direct team management and cross-functional influence Experience within the nonprofit sector, ideally in a foundation or fundraising-focused environment Hands-on familiarity with Blackbaud (CRM), Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Azure Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences Proven ability to implement process discipline and structured execution Recruiter Shelby Martinez, Recruitment #J-18808-Ljbffr
