Become an Associate Mapping Specialist at Medtronic, with a training pathway into our EP Mapping Specialist role. You’ll provide technical, clinical and sales support, in collaboration with the sales team, within the region or assigned territory in support of the launch and adoption of the EP mapping and navigation system (Affera) and all products within the Cardiac Abation Solutions (CAS) business. Cardiac Abation Solutions offers cardiac mapping and ablation solutions to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms. Our vision is to help patients worldwide by advancing innovation for the diagnosis and ablation of cardiac arrhythmias, enabling clinicians to perform procedures with superior outcomes.Western Territories Include (candidates are based out of one state): WA, OR, CA, MT, ID, WY, CO, UT, NV, AZ, NM, AK, HI, TX, OKResponsibilitiesProvide clinical, technical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting Cardiac Abaltion Solutions (CAS) sales and customer service objectives.Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS Solutions products.Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support.Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field by December 2025 or June 2026Ability to work in the US without the need for current or future visa sponsorshipPreferred QualificationsGraduation from Cardiac Prep program such as ATI and PrepMDProven track record with technical training assignments.Strong interpersonal & communication skillsExperience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical / clinical support.Additional Job RequirementsMust have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
