We seek a passionate and experienced Director, Data Integrity to lead this transformation. This role involves establishing and maturing the enterprise-wide data integrity practices, ensuring data trustworthiness, accuracy, and reliability across analytics, operations, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and oversee the enterprise data integrity framework, including policies, standards, and procedures aligned with business and regulatory requirements (e.g., FCRA, GLBA).Define and monitor key quality indicators (KQIs) and metrics to assess data health across critical domains such as Customer, Loan, Finance, and Risk.Create and execute a roadmap for data governance and quality initiatives, prioritizing based on impact and risk.Support a federated data ownership model by working with Data Owners and Stewards to define and maintain Critical Data Elements (CDEs).Lead governance lifecycle activities, including metadata management, data classification, lineage, and usage policies.Facilitate Data Domain Councils and working sessions to promote accountability and resolve data issues.Manage data certification processes to validate datasets for reporting, analytics, and operations.Develop automated data quality monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions using Google Cloud tools (BigQuery, Dataplex, Dataform) and visualization tools (Looker).Embed automated DQ checks into data pipelines and CI/CD processes ( #J-18808-Ljbffr
