POSITION DESCRIPTION Are you ready to lead the digital transformation in architecture and engineering? We’re seeking a passionate, innovative, and collaborative BIM Manager to drive excellence in BIM and CADD across our projects and teams! What You’ll Do Champion the development, management, and implementation of BIM & CAD standards, guidelines, and best practices for architects and engineers. Lead a dynamic team of BIM Coordinators, CADD Techs, Designers, and Digital Practice Administrators, aligning workflows and ensuring standards compliance. Collaborate across the business to identify, prioritize, and implement new technologies and workflows that boost efficiency and interdisciplinary teamwork. Organize and deliver regular staff training on the latest software, processes, and digital innovations. Monitor project team compliance with BIM standards, supporting quality control, clash detection, and digital model archiving. Work closely with project leaders to ensure continuity, consistency, and top-notch quality in BIM deliverables. Assist in reviewing BIM-related contracts and scopes of work, and develop BIM Execution Plans for major projects. Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement within your team and across the enterprise. Who You Are 7–10 years minimum of CADD/BIM leadership experience in diverse technical environments and business segments. Experienced in managing teams and production workflows in a designer of record environment. Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, or Architectural), Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field supporting BIM in AEC. Equivalent experience also considered. A proactive problem-solver, effective communicator, and relationship builder. COMPENSATION The approximate compensation range for this position is $90,000 to 120,000 annually. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
