We seek individuals who are ambitious, entrepreneurial, and committed to delivering value to clients.The RoleSenior Managers with our Private Accounting Solutions practice oversee and complete accounting projects and provide innovative accounting planning and consulting for clients, including family offices and owner-operated business entities.Senior Managers Can Expect ToEngage in business development activities (e.g., proposals, webinars)Maintain active communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, meet deadlines, and drive changeConduct primary and secondary review of complex accounting and financial reporting issues to ensure US GAAP and OCBOA complianceIdentify and resolve financial-related issuesPerform advanced accounting research with written conclusionsSupervise, train, mentor, and evaluate interns, paraprofessionals, associates, and senior associatesReceive formal training and access to additional training resourcesRequirements6+ years of relevant experience in an accounting firm, including 5 years in Accounting Advisory/Private AccountingBachelor’s and/or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)Advanced credential (e.g., CPA)Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentProficient use of technologyCompensation And BenefitsWe offer competitive base compensation and a discretionary employee bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
