INVESTMENT FUNDS ASSOCIATE ATTORNEYSLocation: Los Angeles, CA HYBRID Our client, a prominent AmLaw 50 international firm , is seeking talented Associate Attorneys to join their dynamic Investment Funds practice in their Los Angeles office.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with e xcellent academic credentials .Active Bar Admission in California , in good standing.3–6 years of substantive experience in investment management and fund formation .Background in private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and funds utilizing alternative investment strategies is required.Soft skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with an exceptional attention to detail, are essential.
