OverviewAnsible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting Program Analyst Sr. to support large programs focused on Innovation and Transformation within the Federal Health Sector. The Consultant will work with the Ansible team and federal healthcare clients to develop integrated program plans and execute on delivery of programs that span capability areas. The Consultant will provide business process reengineering expertise, healthcare operations analysis, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to support transformation initiatives.Ansible is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in many arenas. Our customers face wide-ranging challenges in the fields of national security, health care, and information technology. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and evaluate healthcare program effectiveness for VHAConduct program reviews to assess the quality of current and future VHA programs and identify ways to improve themMeasure success, outcomes, and improvement programsAssist VHA in executing program operations to meet established goals and objectivesProvide input on program evaluation and improvement of organization and management of projects and programs to increase productivity and performanceAssist in identifying program resources and developing program reportsPreferred: Proven and extensive experience in a large-scale integrated Health Care System and with substantive programs focused on Veterans health care and outreachSupport cross-functional delivery teams in business process improvement initiativesSupport senior leadership decision boards that govern the progress of efforts and address risks or issues affecting successSupport development of Program Management artifacts as needed (Charters, SLAs, project plans, initiative briefings, etc)QualificationsBachelor/'s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university8+ years of professional experience in healthcare operations, business process improvement, or consultingExperience and/or knowledge of consulting methodologies such as change management, project management, process improvement, analysis and Lean Six SigmaExperience in healthcare operations analysisAbility to deliver in project settings that require a grasp of cross-functional subject matterAbility to be a self-starter in a fast-paced environmentAbility to simplify complex ideas for non-experts to comprehendAdvanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to work without sponsorship in the US indefinitelyAbility to obtain a US security clearance if neededDesiredExperience with VHA or Department of Veterans Affairs programsMaster’s degree from an accredited college or universityThree to five years of professional work experience in Management ConsultingProject Management Professional CertificationLean Six Sigma Green BeltSalary Band: $110 - $120k (depending on experience)All candidates must be able to:Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shiftLift up to 50 lbs from floor to waistLift up to 20 lbsCarry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distancePush/pull with 30 lbs of forceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. #J-18808-Ljbffr
