OverviewRegional Marketing Director Opportunity - This position will support five (5) UHS behavioral health facilities in the Massachusetts market. It is a fully remote role and requires 50%–75% travel.About Universal Health ServicesUniversal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) is a large provider of hospital and healthcare services, operating acute care hospitals, behavioral health facilities, outpatient facilities and related services across the U.S., Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom.Role - The Regional Marketing Director drives the planning and implementation of marketing programs to support the expansion and growth of facility/regional network entities, services, products and brand. The role partners with facility CEOs and leadership on strategies and identifies the marketing mix based on the overall budget. This position serves as the point of contact for a specific set of facilities and oversees all marketing and PR activities within the regional/local market, in collaboration with the internal Agency at UHS.ResponsibilitiesCreates the marketing plan including digital media and paid media campaign concepts for assigned facilities in consultation with facility operations, team members, business development, and the agency.Creates eNewsletter content and maintains distribution lists for email marketing, administering the facility’s email outreach via Constant Contact.Executes and monitors the plan for results, including monthly reporting to leadership and remediation actions when targets are not met; monitors trending metrics and escalates as needed.Manages facility social media visibility by identifying engaging content, posting, and monitoring; collaborates with the Agency for asset creation as needed.Audits digital footprints (facility websites, Google My Business, social media) weekly to ensure accuracy and resolve issues; provides weekly leadership reports on audits and actions taken.Ensures current and relevant content is developed and ready to deploy, including content created by facility staff.Collaborates with related Marketing functions to ensure alignment and integration.Champions facility PR: builds relationships, maintains local media lists, pitches positive stories, orchestrates local events, and promotes community engagement.Leverages all available channels and resources; considers new functionalities to support evolving business demands.Researches competitive digital activity and trends locally and nationally to keep facilities/network ahead.Performs other duties as assigned.BenefitsStudent Loan Repayment - $200 per monthTuition Reimbursement - $5,000 per yearChallenging and rewarding work environmentCompetitive Compensation & Generous Paid Time Off (26 days per year + rollover)Excellent Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Plans401(K) with company match and discounted stock planSoFi Student Loan Refinancing ProgramCareer development opportunities within UHS and its 300+ SubsidiariesBenefits information: QualificationsRequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field requiredExperience: 5 years of healthcare marketing management experience required; behavioral healthcare marketing experience preferredSkills:Proficient knowledge of marketing metrics and Digital Analytics platformsStrong proficiency in conducting online researchUnderstanding of client-facing interaction; works well with multiple stakeholders across national locationsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong sense of urgency and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyze and assess new developments in the industryEEO StatementAll UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
