Job DetailsHospital Practice Coordinator 3+ Month contract opportunity.We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Consulting Hospital Practice Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the daily administrative functions of our healthcare consulting practice, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our team of medical professionals, helping them to deliver excellent patient care by providing top-notch administrative support. This is a full-time role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growing healthcare organization.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain calendars for medical professionals, scheduling appointments, meetings, and consultations as anize, file, and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.Coordinate and manage lease agreements for the hospital practice.Serve as a liaison between the consulting practice and other departments or external parties, ensuring clear and effective communication.Utilize Microsoft Excel and other MS Office Suite tools to create reports, track expenses, and manage budgets.Handle invoicing, including the preparation, distribution, and tracking of invoices.Assist with the management of administrative functions, including the coordination of staff schedules, the maintenance of office supplies, and the handling of mail and deliveries.Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as data entry, file management, and project coordination.QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or consulting setting.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office Suite applications.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven experience with calendar management and scheduling.Familiarity with the invoicing process, including the preparation and tracking of invoices.Experience with expense management and budgeting.Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of administrative procedures, such as filing and record keeping.Experience in leasing or contract management is a plus.SalaryBase pay range: $21.00/hr - $24.00/hrAbout the CompanyPrestige Hospital System.
