Senior Manager, Deal Desk Commercial OperationsSan Francisco, CA; New York, NY; Los Angeles, CA; Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Seattle, WA; Tempe, AZ; Washington D.C.About the TeamThe Sales Compliance team designs and ensures effective controls across DoorDash’s sales organization. The team has four functions — Revenue Reconciliation, Contract Operations, Commercial Operations and User access controls — and is part of the Sales Strategy & Operations group, which accelerates productivity and develops go-to-market strategies and processes to support our sales organization. This group builds the engine and foundation for DoorDash to achieve the best selection for our platform and grow revenues across all business lines.About the RoleAs a Senior Manager in our Commercial Operations team, you’ll be at the forefront of streamlining deal execution, ensuring data integrity, and navigating approvals to maintain compliance and achieve optimal deal structures and pricing. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner closely with the sales organization, providing critical support and enabling strategic opportunities across DoorDash. Base salary is localized by work location. The national base pay range for this position is $151,000 - $222,100 USD. In addition to base salary, there are opportunities for equity grants. Benefits include a comprehensive package with 401(k) with employer matching, paid time off, health benefits, disability and life insurance, parental leave, wellness programs, and more.
