Team Overview: Impinj is seeking a Senior Staff Product Marketing Manager to lead technical content strategy and execution for our market-leading RFID products, technologies, and solutions. This is a senior-level role requiring a seasoned marketing professional with proven expertise in translating complex technologies into high-impact content for executives, partners, and customers across industries. This individual will serve as head of content marketing, leading the company’s overall content strategy, and will own the planning, creation, approval, and rollout of content for Impinj’s portfolio, built in collaboration with ecosystem partners. They will shape technical messaging, develop go-to-market narratives, and translate complex technologies into clear, audience-relevant content by combining technical writing with market insight. Through close collaboration with product management, sales, corporate marketing, and executive leadership, this leader will ensure consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of semiconductors, IoT, and wireless technologies, and is skilled at creating content that elevates market awareness, educates partners and customers, and accelerates adoption of Impinj’s RAIN IoT solutions.What You Will DoOwn technical content strategy across Impinj’s product portfolio, aligning with business goals and market opportunities to position Impinj as a technology leader in RAIN RFID and IoT.Oversee the creation of strategic content for product and solution launches, such as solution briefs, whitepapers, technical blogs, web copy, launch messaging, presentations, and sales enablement assets, including support for blue-ocean initiatives with clear messaging and market education.Translate complex product capabilities into differentiated value propositions that resonate with customers, partners, key industry audiences, and C-level executives in wireless, telecom, and IoT sectors.Lead cross-functional messaging development across product management, sales, corporate marketing, and partners to ensure unified positioning and market alignment.Develop scalable technical sales enablement tools, presentations, battlecards, video scripts, guided demos, and product training to drive customer adoption and retention.Drive thought leadership initiatives that highlight Impinj’s technology innovation and market leadership in RAIN RFID.Shape executive communications, including keynote presentations, internal narratives, and technical messaging aligned with the company’s brand and market strategy.What You Will Bring12+ years of experience in technical product marketing and content development, with a track record translating complex technologies into clear, compelling B2B narratives.Ability to create content for semiconductor, IoT, and wireless technologies, translating value propositions for emerging products to highlight business value.Strong track record in content strategy development that drives product adoption and positions companies as industry leaders.Expertise in building messaging frameworks for product launches, go-to-market campaigns, and partner initiatives.Demonstrated ability to lead content planning, manage creation processes, and ensure quality, tone, and brand alignment.Experience collaborating with product management, sales, and executives to align content with business objectives.Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills that elevate complex technical narratives to executive-ready communications.Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field such as electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.Benefits & EquityThe benefits listed may vary by employment type and country. The typical base pay range for this role across the US is $141,800 - $212,700. Individual pay depends on factors such as role complexity, duties, requirements, experience, and skills. Market data and mid-point of the range are used for starting offers. Some roles are eligible for merit increases, annual bonuses, and stock. Some roles may have sales incentives based on revenue or utilization. US-based employees have access to healthcare, a 401(k) plan with company match, among others.
