We are looking for a senior partner, a true confidant for our clients, as well as a pitch and production expert who can bring complex projects to life. As our Executive Producer, you will be responsible for providing both strategic and tactical leadership for key existing business conversations. The ideal candidate will be part of a team including creative, developers and producers to engage, nurture and grow existing client partnerships. You will be passionate about the digital space, creative work, and developing amazing user branded experiences.What You’ll Be DoingManage and develop senior level relationships with existing clientsOperational and strategic management for client relationships, client satisfaction and deliverables, and overall quality of projects and client servicingResponsible for multiple projects while meeting deadlinesWorking within a collaborative creative and development teamProducing big results while maintaining a positive attitude and having funSupport producers with managing client requirements, communications and balancing project schedules and budgetContribute to a culture of excellence around creative use of technology in advertising and marketingResponsible for the delivery and execution of great creative work as part of complex product offeringsOperational accountability for delivery: timelines, budgets, resourcing, process management and improvementWhat You’ll Bring6 years of production experience within or for a production company as well as client servicesContent production experience – Live Action, Post, Design, and ColorExcellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate with all levels of an organizationOutstanding leadership skills with a can do attitudeExtremely organized and can multitask like a wizardExcellent presentation skillsCreative design eye — professional look & feelDeep understanding of project management, workflow and infrastructureProfessional demeanor and an ability to work well under pressureFamiliarity with working in a Mac environment and Google AppsAble to easily travel for a couple of days for client meetings in the U.S.Equal OpportunityHere at Thinkingbox, we are committed to building an environment where our employees continuously feel included, valued and heard.
