We take the time to understand our client’s needs and match with our candidate’s experience, skillset, interests, and career aspirations to connect them with meaningful opportunities that achieve their short and long-term goals.Job DutiesStrong understanding, experience and comfort selling both Staffing, and SOW business.Lead with an assertive, proactive approach to managing your book of e equipped with a positive, friendly, team spirit.Develop strong internal relationships with Recruiting, Client Services, Solutions (Delivery), and fellow Sales Directors.Share knowledge and insight gained from success stories with other team membersSell Kelly Telecom solutions and services to Wireless/Wireline Carriers, OEM’s, General Contractors, and Data Center companiesDevelop and execute on a strategic plan for your territory and create reliable forecastsDrive revenue by prospecting and building a pipeline while simultaneously fostering personal relationships with potential clientsCold call, generate new leads and follow up on pre-established leadsBuild and strengthen customer relationships with a constant drive toward Face-to-Face meetings, when possibleBuild and create strategies for penetration and account developmentClose new business consistently at or above targetsExperience selling into Tier 1 OperatorsSolid understanding of VMS systems, primarily FieldglassStrong background working within the parameters of an MSPManage the entire sales cycle, from the introduction to ongoing account expansionMaintain frequent communication with customers to ensure quality control, and drive new business developmentWork closely with internal Recruiting teams to ensure a high-quality delivery of candidates to the clientMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the top Kelly Telecom competitorsNetwork and maintain relationships with key client and talent communities for short/long term opportunitiesTravel regularly within an agreed upon territoryQualificationsHigh School diploma/GED is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred7 years sales experience in staffing or solution industry, and at least 2 years as a Senior Account ManagerSkilled at building strong relationships with new and existing clientsAdept at generating new streams of substantial revenueStrong understanding and experience selling in the Staffing industryTrack record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environmentInterpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, to build relationships with, and to networkExceptionally strong at connecting with others through phone, email, text, social media, virtual meetings, and face to face meetingsPassion for results, resilience, and the desire to do an exceptional jobSelf-motivated, passionate and hungry to make a big impactAdditional ResponsibilitiesBe knowledgeable about Kelly Telecom’s services and solutions.Prepare and present weekly and ad hoc reports.Give sales presentations to a range of prospective and existing clients.Identify, manage, and maintain client relationships, identify appropriate decision makers, and identify new opportunities through business development and growing the existing business.Develop relationships through phone, email, text, social media, virtual meetings, and face to face meetings.Maintain contact lists and follow up with clients developing relationships.Experience using a CRM Tool – Consistently input, update, maintain, and document client communications and activity progressPresent new job order details to the Recruiting team, assign priority, and provide updates.BenefitsHealth & dental and vision benefits3 Weeks’ Vacation Sick Time8 Paid Holidays 2 Personal Days of Significance401k Retirement PlanFit-in-Fitness and Gym ReimbursementMonthly Cell Phone & Wi-Fi ReimbursementCompany provided laptop & equipmentEmployee Discount ProgramsVolunteer Hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
