For direct access to CEMEX Career Opportunities, visit us at .vJob SummaryBe responsible for the reliability of the electrical, instrumentation, control, and automation equipment of the plant and for the Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation and controls systems design, specification, programming, simulation and testing, start-up assistance, and other detailed documentation of PLC & HMI. Must have proven experience in PLC logic programming and HMI systems programming. Must have a solid understanding of Electrical Equipment, Instrumentation, Control Devices, Computer programming, software development to PLC program processes and HMI configuration.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the reliability of the electrical, instrumentation, and control equipment of the plant, including MV & LV Transformers, Switchgears, MCCs, Motors, Grounding System, Lighting & Lightning Systems, PLCs, HMIsParticipate in the budgeting process and control of the maintenance cost of electrical, instrumentation, control and automation equipmentAnalyze electrical, control, instrumentation & Control System failures, finding the root cause of them, reducing or eliminating them and performs investigation of process deviations and anomalies related to Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation hardware and softwareImplements Hardware/Software changes and upgrades on electrical, instrumentation, automation equipment.
