You’ll be taking depositions, prepping trial binders, attending hearings, and getting reps—early and often.Construction-related commercial litigation in both federal and state court. Disputes involving:Entity formationSite injuriesLabor & employment issues related to constructionYou’ll be supported—but expected to run the day-to-day of your caseload.Qualifications5+ years of commercial litigation experienceConstruction litigation experience strongly preferredJ.D. and licensed to practice in TexasConfident, accountable, and ready for more ownershipPath to PartnershipThis firm is serious about leadership.
