Vice President of Human Resources – Multi-Unit Hospitality Location: Baltimore, MD (Relocation Package Available) Salary: $180,000 – $190,000 + Benefits About the Role A leading, multi-unit hospitality and entertainment group is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Human Resources to lead all HR strategy and operations across a large-scale, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in labor relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development, with a strong track record in unionized environments. Key Responsibilities Lead HR strategy across recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and compliance. Build strong relationships with union partners, ensuring smooth negotiations and labor relations. Oversee large-scale recruitment initiatives, hiring high-performing teams in a competitive market. Partner with executive leadership to drive culture, retention, and workforce engagement. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations. Lead organizational development initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence. Skills & Experience 10+ years of HR leadership, ideally within hospitality, entertainment, or related industries. Proven union experience required; expertise in labor negotiations and employee relations. Strong track record in large-scale recruitment and workforce development. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, multi-unit environment. Interested?
